This is a Golden Oldie, but it works perfectly. A good cheap starter 2 meter synthesized FM transceiver for a new ham or an avid collector. This IC - 2AT has 800 channels with touch tone encoder and a transmitter output of 1.5 or 0.15 watts selectable. Comes with the IC-HM9 Speaker Mike, wall charger and large BP8H 1100 maH / 8.4V battery pack. A copy of the operating manual is also included. Works excellent despite it's age and has very good typical Icom audio both from the radio and speaker mike alike. The radio can also be used for packet and the operating manual shows you how to do it. Very simple to use and operate. I can hit repeaters 25 miles away on the rubber duck antenna just on 1.5 watts. A very interesting radio. See pics and info on the radio by clicking on the camera icon in the top right corner. Pickup price shown but will ship at cost if you need it shipped. Take a look at it, this is an excellent price for all you get. |
